At ERBC, we place professional equality at the heart of our commitments. This year, our subsidiary ERBC Baugy achieved a score of 83/100 on the gender equality index, in accordance with the requirements set by Law No. 2018-771.

This index, based on specific criteria (pay gaps, raises, promotions, maternity leave, and parity among the highest paid), reflects the efforts we make every day to ensure a fair and inclusive work environment.
